Agreement for the provision of services for organizing participation in the GenBio 2024 conference

Organisation fee includes publication costs, participant's kit, coffee breaks and welcomeparty. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation, travel and meals. All conference materials will be sent to absentee participants after the conference is over.

The organizing committee entered into an agreement with the Scientific Service LLC on the co -organization of the conference, therefore, in terms of payment for the organizational fee, the contract is concluded with this organization.The contract may be concluded with a legal entity or an individual after passing the registration by each participant in the conference.

Instructions for paying the registration fee:

For individuals

To pay the registration fee, you need to download the corresponding agreement for an individual and enter your personal data into it. The completed agreement (in .doc or .docx format) and a scan of the receipt for payment of the registration fee must be sent by email to Svetlana Zubova (svetazubova@gmail.com). Please indicate in the subject of the letter "GenBio2024 – last name". The agreement and document signed by "Научный сервис" LLC will be issued to you upon registration for the conference.

For legal entities

To pay the registration fee, you need to download the corresponding agreement for a legal entity, enter the name of the conference participant(s) in it and submit the agreement to the accounting department for further filling in with the details of your organization. The completed agreement must be sent by email to Svetlana Zubova (svetazubova@gmail.com) for approval (in case of amendments), signing by "Научный сервис" LLC and issuing an invoice for payment of the registration fee. Please indicate in the subject of the letter "GenBio2024 – last name".
